AfterPay is an amazing product that lets you BUY NOW and pay LATER. AferPay lets you pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. It allows you to pay over time. NO INTEREST CHARGED. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees that may apply are late fees for missed payments. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes.

Do you ship outside the United State?
Currently we don’t ship outside the United States, however, due to the increased demand for our products, international shipping will be available soon.

How do I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order the same you place it, and before 3pm. If you place an order after 3pm, you have until 3pm of the next business day to cancel it. To cancel an order, you must send an email to orders@bizarrecosmetics.com. Include you name, email address, and order number. Once your order has been shipped, you CANNOT cancel an order.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
You can replace it or exchange it. Click HERE or click on our RETURNS policy for more info.

I never got my order. What do I do?
We will provide you a tracking number for your order via email. We only use reputable and bonafied carriers (Fedex, UPS, and USPS). If any of those carriers confirms that your order was delivered, you must contact them directly and file a dispute with them. If any of these carriers confirm that your order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I recently purchased an item, and now it’s on sale. Can I get the discount?
Yes. If you purchased an item within 24 hours. You notify us at orders@BizarreCosmetics.com within 24 hours of your purchase to qualify. We will then issue you store credit.

Why is a coupon code not working?
Discount Coupons are usually restricted to one time use. Furthermore, most discount coupons have an expiration date.

Do you accept pre paid Visa, Master Card, Amex cards?
Yes. You must register your name and billing address with the pre paid credit card company.
